Six student projects are qualified in the semi-finals of “The Green Challenge” tournament organized in partnership between Schneider Electric and King Salman International University (KSIU) in Sharm El-Sheikh, Invest-Gate reports.
The qualified projects include accessibility solutions for water, future networks, applications, analytics, and cybersecurity.
The tournament was launched in September 2022 and will be concluded in a major ceremony during the events of the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27).
“The Green Challenge” tournament includes training programs for KSIU students under the supervision of Schneider Electric to help them acquire social entrepreneurship and technical skills.
Winning teams will have the opportunity to present their solutions before business and sustainability leaders in Schneider Electric sustainability centers in Sharm El-Sheikh in November.
