Kleek Developments has signed a cooperation agreement with Vodafone Egypt to provide integrated telecom services for its latest project, NOLL New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The home compound will be equipped with Vodafone’s “Triple Play” package—high-speed internet, landline, and digital TV—as well as smart home services. Kleek becomes the first real estate company to partner with Vodafone Egypt in the Sixth Settlement area of New Cairo, reflecting its commitment to delivering high-value services to its clients.

Hussein Dawood, Board Member and Founder of Kleek Developments, and Karim Kamel, Head of Fixed Internet and Urban Communities at Vodafone Egypt, signed the agreement in the presence of senior executives from both companies.

Dawood stated that the partnership aligns with the company’s vision to develop integrated modern urban communities that meet clients’ aspirations and reflect global and local real estate market developments. He added, “We aim to provide a fully integrated residential experience by embedding smart infrastructure and technology across the project. This strategic cooperation ensures the highest standards of comfort, connectivity, and security for our clients, offering a smart living experience without additional installations.”

NOLL New Cairo spans 90 feddans and is located in a vibrant area surrounded by major developments and close to key roads. Built-up area covers just 18%.

He added that Vodafone Egypt will install a fibre-optic infrastructure to support smart home systems, surveillance cameras, and a central management system with technical support.
