Kleek Developments announced that it has secured the building permit for its Noll New Cairo project in the Sixth Settlement, marking a key step toward initiating construction. Eng. Hussein Dawood, Founder and Chairman of Kleek Developments, stated that obtaining the permit represents a significant milestone for the project. He noted that the company has prepared a comprehensive work plan for the upcoming period, ensuring top-tier quality and execution aligned with global standards—reflecting Kleek’s stature and the trust it has earned from its clients.

Dawood added that the company is moving steadily with its current project while exploring new expansion opportunities. He highlighted that Kleek Developments follows a strategic growth plan aimed at achieving sustainable development and enhancing market value, especially amid expanding investment opportunities in Egypt and favorable incentives within the real estate sector.

He explained that Noll New Cairo spans 90 acres and is designed as a fully integrated urban development. Located in a prime area in the heart of New Cairo and adjacent to major landmark projects in the Sixth Settlement, the development benefits from excellent access to key roads and transportation routes. With a building density capped at 18%, the master plan ensures that all units enjoy distinctive, unobstructed views.
