This partnership aims to integrate KONE’s innovative mobility technologies with PARAGON’s expertise in creating LEED-certified buildings that align with Egypt’s Vision 2030. The projects will feature energy-efficient systems, AI-powered elevators, and cloud-based maintenance, ensuring safer and smarter mobility while minimizing environmental impact.
PARAGON’s developments, especially in the New Administrative Capital, are designed to support global ESG goals and provide future-ready workspaces for multinational tenants. The integration of intelligent building systems also promotes productivity, employee well-being, and operational efficiency.
