KSA to Partner with Private Sector in Four Upcoming Projects

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing announced four partnership projects with the private sector, where developers will be designing, constructing, and delivering residential units spreading across multiple-level buildings developed on the ministry’s lands, Invest-Gate reports.

The planned projects are expected to include 580 residential units in the area of El Kharg, 310 units in Al Ehsa’a, 2,802 units in Khamis Masheet, and 5,357 units in the Tabok housing project. Developers may receive the specification drafts for SAR 15.

The development of these units comes as part of the Housing Ministry’s program “Selling on Map” that will be offered throughout 2017 and include developments across the kingdom to ensure stability in the real estate sector through partnerships with the private sectors, according to a ministry statement.
