The government of Kuwait plans to work on three airports in the country between 2017 to 2020, at a total cost of KWD 1.446 bn, according to Reuters-affiliated website Zawya.
The first of the three is the Kuwait International Airport, which is carried out by Turkish Limak Construction at a cost of KWD 1.312 bn.
The support airport or what is called (T4) will be built at a cost of KWD 60 mn and the Al-Jazeera passenger terminal at a cost of KWD 14 mn.
Sources told Zawya that the T4 and the Al-Jazeera passenger terminal are expected to be completed by mid-2018, while the new Kuwait International Airport will be ready by 2020.
