The total value of real estate contracts registered with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice during the period from 3 to 7 December 2023 amounted to about KWD 83.95 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

Statistics from the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice, issued on Tuesday, revealed that 98 contracts were traded during the aforementioned period, distributed among the six governorates of Kuwait, with a value of KWD 83.95 mn.

Of the registered contracts, 72 were related to private real estate properties and had a total value of KWD 27.66 mn. Additionally, there were 21 contracts for investment properties valued at KWD 11.19 mn, and five contracts for commercial properties amounting to KWD 6.24 mn.

However, there was no activity reported for warehouse, coastal, craft, exhibition, or industrial properties during the mentioned week.
