The total value of real estate contracts and agencies registered with Kuwait’s Ministry of Justice from August 6 to 10 reached KWD 95.04 mn, according to the ministry’s data published on August 20.

The statistics from the ministry’s Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department showed real estate transactions in registered contracts amounted to KWD 94.95 mn distributed across 78 deals.

Trading comprised 59 private properties valued at KWD 24.29 mn, 16 investment properties at 60.97 mn dinars, and three commercial real estate worth KWD 9.69 mn.

No deals occurred for craft, exhibition, store, coastal, or nursery properties.

At the agency level, there was one KWD 90,000 investment property. No agencies took place for private, commercial, craft, exhibition, warehouse, nursery, or coastal properties during the week.
