La Sirena Group has signed a strategic partnership with UAE-based HE Holding to develop various projects in Abu Dhabi, marking its first expansion beyond Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.
The signing ceremony of the alliance contract between Lasirena Group and HE Holding was attended by Ahmed Omar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lasirena Group, Mahmoud Omar, Member of the Board of Directors of Lasirena Group, and Hassan Khalil Odeh, Chairman of HE Holding.
With over 18 years in the Egyptian market, La Sirena has delivered more than 15 residential and coastal projects in prime locations, including Cairo, Ain Sokhna, Ras Sudr, Sharm El-Sheikh, and the North Coast. The company’s developments are known for their exceptional occupancy rates and integrated services.
HE Holding, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, operates across six sectors: real estate development, construction, hospitality, industry, technology, and financial services. Its versatile portfolio and expertise align with La Sirena’s ambitions to bring top-tier projects to the UAE market.
The collaboration is considered a strategic leap to strengthen La Sirena’s presence in international markets while continuing its growth locally. “This agreement reflects our commitment to delivering spectacular developments by teaming up with well-established, experienced entities.
