La Sirena Group has announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, taking place from September 24 to 27 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo, where it will showcase a wide range of coastal, residential, commercial, and administrative projects, Invest-Gate reports.

During the exhibition, the company is offering attractive payment plans starting with a 5% down payment and installments of up to nine years, in addition to discounts of up to 40% for installment purchases and 50% for cash payments.

In Ain Sokhna, La Sirena Group is presenting five major projects, including a new phase of the Cape Bay development. Spanning 60 acres, Cape Bay features integrated commercial and entertainment services. Units start from EGP 2.4 million with payment terms of up to eight years.

In Ras Sidr, the company is showcasing three projects, including Lavento Ras Sidr, which covers 120 acres and boasts an 850-meter beach. Units range from 45 to 130 sqm, with installment plans of up to nine years. The La Sirena Oyoun Moussa development, built on 97 acres with only 20% designated for construction, offers 90-sqm units starting from EGP 3.3mn. Another major project, La Sirena Bay Ras Sidr, extends over 160 acres, featuring a marina, hotel, extensive green areas, and a 650-meter sandy beach.

Beyond its coastal offerings, La Sirena Group is presenting the Kenan Capital project, a commercial, administrative, and medical complex located on the Ring Road in Katameya. The company is also highlighting the La Sirena North Coast project, which spans 55 acres and is already 86% delivered, offering chalets and villas supported by full services and amenities.
