La Sirena Group has confirmed its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, scheduled to take place from September 24 to 27 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo. The company will present a diverse portfolio of coastal and mixed-use projects, accompanied by exclusive offers and flexible payment options designed to attract a wide range of clients and investors, Invest-Gate reports.

During the exhibition, La Sirena Group will provide payment systems starting with a 5% down payment and installment periods extending up to nine years. Clients will also benefit from special discounts, including up to 40% for installment purchases and 50% for cash payments, further strengthening the company’s competitive position in the Egyptian real estate market.

Among its key projects, La Sirena Group is introducing new phases in its Ain Sokhna developments, including the flagship Cape Bay project. Units in the new phase are fully finished, priced from EGP 2.4mn, and offered with installments up to eight years. The project spans 60 feddans and includes comprehensive commercial and recreational services, providing strong investment returns for clients.

In Ras Sudr, the company will highlight three projects, notably Lavento Ras Sudr, which features units ranging from 45 to 130 sqm with a beachfront of 850 meters covering 160 feddans and featuring the region’s largest fishing marina, in addition to hotels, and sports facilities. La Sirena Oyoun Mousa, which offers 90 sqm units starting at EGP 3.3mn with long-term installment options. The latter extends over 97 feddans, dedicating 80% of its space to services and green areas, and includes a 500-meter beach, aqua park, and multiple recreational facilities.

Beyond coastal projects, La Sirena Group will present Kenan Capital, a commercial, administrative, and medical development strategically located on the Ring Road in Katameya. The company has also built a strong track record in the North Coast with La Sirena North Coast, a 55-feddan project with 86% of its units already delivered and fully operating services.
