La Verde Developments has successfully established its brand in the Egyptian real estate market by developing the La Verde Cassette Compound project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

Furthermore, La Verde New Capital stands out as one of the latest and most promising projects in the market.

Ibrahim Lashin, the Chairman of La Verde Developments, highlighted that La Verde New Capital is the company’s inaugural project in the R8 residential district, positioned prominently along the Green River and main streets. The project’s prime location is one of its standout features, with close proximity to Al-Shaab Square, the Misr Mosque, and the NAC’s smart transportation network, including the monorail and LRT, as well as the Government district.

The project spans approximately 35 acres and encompasses a commercial mall, residential buildings, hotel studios, and villas.

Lashin shared details about the unit sizes available in the project, stating that there are three models. The studio model boasts an average area of 75 sqm, featuring elegant and modern finishes along with international furnishings. The residential apartments range from 135 to 313 sqm, while the villas offer areas of up to 470 sqm.

Additionally, La Verde Developments acquired an adjacent plot of land to La Verde New Capital for the development of another project called “La Verde Casette”. Building upon the success of the first project, this new venture will offer villa-style residential units, along with a hotel segment featuring 230 villa units and 300 hotel rooms.
