La Vita Development Company has announced substantial progress on its flagship project, “La Vita 2,” located in Egypt’s North Coast, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is part of La Vita’s broader plan to deliver high-quality developments on schedule, and construction has reached the second floor.

For his part, Amr Abdel Aziz, Chairman of La Vita Development, highlighted that “La Vita 2” is part of a series of North Coast developments, starting from “La Vita 1” through “La Vita 4.” The projects have received significant client interest, and sales have met the company’s marketing objectives.

Moreover, Abdel Aziz pointed out that the North Coast has recently gained popularity among local and international clients, especially following the Ras El Hekma agreement earlier this year, which is expected to drive further demand.

Furthermore, Ramy Abdel Aziz, Vice Chairman of La Vita Development, shared additional details, stating that “La Vita 2” includes 160 units, ranging from 50 to 90 sqm, each designed to maximize space efficiency.

Also, the company has obtained all necessary permits, and delivery is set for within two years. La Vita has partnered with leading consulting engineers to ensure the project’s quality.
