La Vita Development has announced the commencement of reservations for the La Vita 4 project, situated on Alexandria-Matrouh Road at kilometer 82, Invest-Gate reports.
To celebrate the project’s launch, the company is offering exclusive offers and discounts of up to 10%.
Amr Abdel Aziz, Chairman of La Vita Development, stated that the La Vita 4 project encompasses residential and touristic components spanning an area of six feddans. It features six swimming pools, an aqua park, artificial waterfalls, green spaces, a commercial mall, and hotel-managed units. The units will be rented and managed as a hotel, providing benefits to clients during the times they are not using them. This aligns with the state’s strategy to promote property export.
Furthermore, Aziz mentioned that the project has been designed in a U-shape layout, ensuring that all units have a view of the sea. The project comprises a total of 750 units, with the first phase scheduled for delivery within two years, followed by the second phase within three years. The company plans to commence project implementation in the coming days.
Aziz highlighted that the first phase consists of units of various sizes, starting from 50 sqm per unit. Flexible payment systems are available, with down payments starting from 20% or 30% of the unit value and extended payment periods. Anticipating a surge in customer demand, the company draws upon the success of its previous projects, namely La Vita 1, La Vita 2, and La Vita 3, all of which were swiftly marketed.
Ramy Abdel Aziz, Vice Chairman of La Vita Development, added that the company has achieved notable progress in its previous projects. La Vita 1 has already been delivered to customers, who will spend their summer vacation at the project starting from June. Additionally, the company has initiated the implementation of the La Vita 2 project, featuring 160 units ranging from 50 sqm to 90 sqm in size.
