La Vita Development has announced the successful completion of the La Vita 1 project on the North Coast, adhering to the specified timeline, Invest-Gate reports.

The company has already commenced operations of the aquapark and swimming pools within the project, providing customers with comprehensive amenities within their units.

Amr Abdel Aziz, Chairman of La Vita Development, emphasized that delivering units with integrated services and recreational activities is a crucial aspect of the company’s business plan. This approach enables clients to fully benefit from their units and enjoy a comfortable stay with their families. The company’s objective is to provide services that enhance the project’s occupancy rate, focusing on developing projects rather than solely constructing units.

Furthermore, Abdel Aziz highlighted that the company is concurrently implementing existing projects while launching new ones. La Vita 1 served as the company’s inaugural project on the North Coast and acted as the foundation for subsequent projects in the La Vita series. To date, the company has developed four integrated residential and tourist projects on the North Coast.

Ramy Abdel Aziz, Vice Chairman of La Vita Development, provided details about the “La Vita 1 North Coast” project, occupying an area of 15,000 sqm. It is a comprehensive residential and tourist project situated at Kilometer 66 on the North Coast. The project comprises 350 units of varying sizes, ranging from 50 sqm to 105 sqm. Facilities include swimming pools, an aquapark, a commercial area, and a private beach for customers.

Ramy Abdel Aziz further revealed that following the successful delivery of La Vita 1, reservations have opened for the La Vita 4 project on the Alexandria-Matrouh Road at Kilometer 82. This new residential and tourist project spans six feddans and features six swimming pools, an aquapark, artificial waterfalls, green spaces, a commercial mall, and hotel-managed units.

Additionally, the company has commenced the implementation of the La Vita 2 project, which encompasses 160 units ranging from 50 sqm to 90 sqm. The company is also in the process of obtaining licenses for the La Vita 3 project at Kilometer 66 on the North Coast. Once the necessary procedures and licenses are complete, the project will be officially announced and implemented.
