La Vita Development plans to launch the La Vita 4 project in kilometer 82 on the North Coast shortly after the Eid Al-Fitr vacation in April, Invest-Gate reports.

This comes after the company’s remarkable success in marketing the La Vita 3 project within a record time of just three months.

Amr Abdel Aziz, Chairman of La Vita Development, stated that the company is actively implementing a series of La Vita projects on the North Coast. They have successfully completed the implementation and operation of the La Vita 1 project, which serves as a model for tourist residential projects in the area. Additionally, La Vita Development launched the fully marketed La Vita 2 project within an impressive timeframe.

Abdel Aziz highlighted that La Vita 4 is a residential and touristic project spanning an area of six feddans. It features six swimming pools, an aqua park, artificial waterfalls, green spaces, and a commercial mall.

Furthermore, the project includes hotel-managed units that can be rented and managed by hotels, providing clients with benefits during their retirement period. This aligns with the state’s strategy of exporting real estate and implementing hotel units that cater to the needs of foreign clients. The hotel units offer a renewable investment return for clients through unit rentals.

Ramy Abdel Aziz, Vice Chairman of La Vita Development, shared that the company has initiated concrete works for the La Vita 2 project. Customers in this project will have the opportunity to experience all the advantages and services offered by the highly successful La Vita 1 project.

The La Vita 2 project comprises 160 units with sizes ranging from 50 to 90 square meters. These units were meticulously designed, taking into account the necessary licenses, to ensure optimal use of space and timely delivery within a two-year timeframe.

He noted that the company is currently preparing for the La Vita 3 project, located at Kilometer 66 on the North Coast. Licenses for this project are being obtained, and upon completion of the necessary procedures and licenses, an official announcement will be made, and the project will be implemented.
