La Vita Development announces the success in marketing 85% of its La Vital North Coast project in a record time, Invest-Gate reports.
The company completes landscaping works and starts implementation of interior finishing, Chairman Amor Abdul Aziz states.
He adds that units are set to be delivered with full utilities and finishing in next summer.
Situated on 15,000 sqm, La Vita North Coast is a fully-serviced residential and tourism project.
The project is located at Kilo 66th of the North Coast. It includes 350 units.
Units’ areas range between 50 sqm and 105 sqm. Services at the project comprise a shopping mall, a swimming pool, and landscape.
