It is noteworthy that Lafarge Egypt will contribute to cutting CO2 emissions by more than 20% (in comparison with the baseline of 2018 levels).
In a bid to preserve the environment, Lafarge Egypt uses alternative fuels in manufacturing, consuming over 100 trucks of waste per day, cutting CO2 emissions by 150,000 tons yearly. The company uses solar energy for quarry lighting and digital solutions for optimized logistics.
