Land plots that are part of the seventh phase of a social housing project in New Qena City will be delivered to winners of the public lottery from January 1 go February 19, 2017, according to Head of the City’s Authority Radwan Abdel Rashid, reported Al Mal.

Applicants, who were unable to receive their lands in the scheduled days will be able to on February 8-9, 2017, Abdel Rashid added.

The land plots are allocated through different residential neighborhoods within the social housing project of the city and range in size from 2,1500 square meters to 2,209 square meters.

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities previously offered 1,838 land plots located in New Qena for investments earlier this year.
