A public lottery will be taking place as of today December 20 until December 27 to allocate land plots that were reserved previously in September, reported Invest-Gate.

The lands will be allocated in Sadat City, New Assiut City, New Sohag City, New Tiba City, Badr City, New Salhiya City and New Qena City.

Land used for social housing in 10th of Ramadan City will have a separate lottery in January, states Supervisor of the Commercial and Real Estate Sectors at the New Urban Communities Authority Tarek El Sebaey.

Applicants may attend the lottery by submitting a receipt of a down payment made the Housing & Development Bank; and applicants who were not able to receive a new land will be refunded on 8th of January, added El Sebaey.
