Following Egypt’s imposed precautionary measures, Landmark Sabbour takes action to contain the spread of the pandemic COVID-19 as well, Invest-Gate reports.

“Our top priority is to maintain the health and safety of our employees; therefore, we’ve taken a few decisions to make sure that both individuals and business operations are not affected by the coronavirus outbreak,” Landmark Sabbour statement reads. 

As a start, Landmark Sabbour decreased employee capacity to 30% and has applied the “work from home” policy, with special consideration to mothers until end of March. Among the real estate developer’s decisions are installing hand-sanitizer dispensers in all offices and meeting rooms and a comprehensive sterilization process across the entire premises every three days during non-working hours. A hotline has been created for employees inquiries and medical concerns. Landmark Sabbour has also employed an on-site physician for emergencies. The real estate tycoon has also provided all office employees with transportation instead of using public ones.

Furthermore, Landmark Sabbour has put a plan ensuring effective operations in case of major developments where all employees have to work from home. All those who commute from other governorates are to stay with their families and are exempted from office hours. Landmark Sabbour is constantly in contact with them to follow-up on their needs and to ensure their safety.
