Lasheen Holding for Development announced significant construction progress at The City, its flagship project spanning 54 feddans in the R7 Downtown district of Egypt’s New Capital, as part of the company’s strategy to accelerate construction and fulfill its commitments to customers, Invest-Gate reports.

The company confirmed the successful delivery of approximately 300 units within the project’s first phase, while overall construction progress has surpassed 70%. To date, 53 residential buildings have been fully completed, including all external finishing and façade works, while construction is currently underway on an additional 25 buildings within the project.

Lasheen Holding stated that work on-site is progressing at a rapid pace, with a strong focus on maintaining the highest standards of quality in both construction and finishing works. This approach reflects the company’s vision of delivering a fully integrated development that meets customer expectations while enhancing the project’s investment value.
