Lasirena Group showcased an array of projects at Cityscape Egypt 2023, harnessing the real estate expo’s platform to pitch new offerings, Invest-Gate reports.
Mahmoud Omar, the board member, said Cityscape Egypt draws Egypt’s largest industry participants and buyers. Despite market turbulence, Lasirena focused on timely deliveries, handing over 800+ units in 2022’s first half. Omar touted commitments to investment plans.
Founded in 2005, Lasirena has 15 successful developments. It pitches discounts of up to 40% during the expo. Showcased will be Palm Bay in Ain Sokhna, located on 50 acres with 80% green space and pools near a prime beach. Lasirena also presents Keep Bay Sokhna with chalets from 60-120 sqm in a 60-acre resort 14 km from Ain Sokhna.
The group launched Majesty Bay – Al-Jalala Village near Al-Jalala International Resort, offering instalment plans for up to six years. L’avvento Oyoun Moussa, a wonderful Ras Sedr resort by Lasirena Bay, provides luxury chalets in picturesque surroundings at competitive payments.
Kenan Capital, a flagship mixed-use project, contains commercial, medical and administrative units as well as sophisticated services. It presents opportunities for companies and clinics seeking quality real estate.
Omar stressed that Lasirena offers tourism properties poised for investment gains due to strategic locations in promising markets. By leveraging Cityscape Egypt, the developer readies to stoke demand.
