Lasirena Group aims to deliver 250 residential units at Lasirena North Coast, Invest-Gate reports.

Chairman Eng. Ahmed Omar explains that the third phase of Lasirena North Coast consists of 250 fully-finished units and is set to be delivered together with facilities demanded by customers such as swimming pools, beaches, one mosque and an aqua park, noting that a commercial mall is scheduled to be delivered late this year.

Two parts have been completed during the past two years, and delivery of the third is underway. Constructions at the entire compound are set to end in 2023.

Omar explains that the group is keen to adhere and schedule high-standard specifications, and aims towards passing over residential units on time. Omar notes that the company managed to overcome Coronavirus-induced headwinds throughout 2020 and stuck to the goal of delivering quality products.

The 5-phase Lasirena North Coast spans an area of 55 acres, directly overlooking Fouka Bay and consists of 1100 units with spaces ranging from 65 to 300 m. Lasirena North Coast, with a 450m beachfront, provides all units with sea view.

Units at Lasirena North Coast is fully finished, as the compound has facilities, such as swimming pools, for common use, and a concealed one for women, aqua parks, restaurants, cafes, a spa, and game zone for kids.

Lasirena Group is contemplating several investment opportunities and expansions. Details on new projects will be unveiled soon.
