The company showcased its diverse portfolio of real estate projects, ranging from the North Coast to Ain Sokhna, Ras Sudr, Cairo, and Sharm El Sheikh.

Moreover, Lasirena Group achieved impressive sales during the first three days of the exhibition, particularly reviving interest in Ras Sudr, a region recently overshadowed by the North Coast. The company’s focus on high-quality developments with comprehensive services attracted many clients back to the area.

Furthermore, Lasirena Group has three major projects in Ras Sudr—Lasirena Ayoun Mousa, Lasirena Bay, and Lavento—where construction is progressing rapidly. These projects are strategically located and offer facilities that cater to the needs of clients of all ages.

For his part, Ahmed Omar, Chairman of Lasirena Group, stated that the company is continuing to invest heavily to speed up construction across its developments. He confirmed plans to deliver 1,700 coastal units across various projects by the end of 2024. Omar also hinted at upcoming expansion plans, with new investment opportunities under consideration.
