Egypt-based Living Yards Developments has announced the launching of its first flagship project, The Loft, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), featuring real British lofts, which have no walls and could be apportioned as desired, Invest-Gate reports.
Inspired by the British postmodern architecture, The Loft extends over an area of 23 acres and is situated in NAC’s R7 District, between Expo City and Diplomatic District. Living Yards provides potential homebuyers with various payment plans of up to ten years and delivers luxury-finished units, ranging from one- to five-bedroom lofts, customizable according to personal preference, it said in a recent statement.
The project’s properties have adaptable open spaces as the green scenery is developed to surround the whole compound to ensure that 100% of the buildings directly overlook the park. It also grants its clients unprecedented safety as it comprises one external ring road, almost 16 meters wide, that surrounds the compound and is the only pathway for vehicles.
Additionally, The Loft encompasses a commercial zone that will offer an exquisite shopping experience to its residents. This comes on top of a variety of swimming pools, including a semi-Olympic pool, as well as lagoons, barbecue areas, extensive underground parking, and a separate bicycle track.
