Real estate developer LMD signs a memorandum of understanding with Orange Egypt to provide Sixty 3 and One Ninety projects with telecommunications and smart technology services through the company’s Triple Play service, Invest-Gate reports.
Under the MoU, Orange will provide Triple Play services to residential areas including fixed broadband, phone landlines, and Internet Protocol television (IPTV).
Orange will also provide wi-fi services to Sixty 3 and One Ninety residents. The company will also offer high-speed internet and VPN services to the business area in the two projects to secure data transfer.
The telecommunication company will also offer international calling services, SD-WAN applications, M2M data exchange solutions, and voice services including fixed telephones, IP phone service, and other advanced technology services.
Amr Sultan, the CEO of LMD, comments that his company’s cooperation with Orange is not the first, but it is an extension of an ongoing collaboration with one of the best companies in the field of high-quality telecommunication services.”
It is worth noting that One Ninety is located on 13.5 feddans with total investments of EGP 8 bn in New Cairo.
Sixty 3 is located in New Cairo’s Golden Square on 55,000 sqm with a total investment of EGP 4 bn. The project includes diverse administrative, medical, and commercial units.
