Real estate developer LMD signs a cooperation agreement with a consortium of Misr Engineering Development Company (MEDCOM), LMS Construction, and EMC Energy to execute the mechanical and electrical works at the cooling plant in the One-Ninety project in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Situated on 344,315 sqm, One-Ninety is located on South Teseen street in New Cairo and is executed with total investments of EGP 33 billion.

One-Ninety is a residential project featuring an administrative area, green spaces, service space, and shopping malls hosting global brands.
