Office deals in London tumbled 88% YoY during the last quarter of 2022, recording around £400 mn, Invest-Gate reports.
The market is affected by the government spending plan announced by previous Prime Minister Liz Truss.
In Q1 2022, around £6.4 bn worth of deals are recorded, as investors seek a slight increase in prices, which is changed due to the Bank of England’s measures against inflation.
Over the last 20 years, office deals averaged around £3.5 bn in each season.
