Emirati real estate developer, Lootah Real Estate Development, enters a joint venture (JV) with Dubai South city for a new residential project, Invest-Gate reports.

Lootah will develop a- 1.150-mn-square-foot residential project at the city’s Residential District and is to be delivered over a number of phases.

“Dubai South will house some of the-much-awaited project like the Expo 2020, Al Maktoum Airport, as well as, the free zones and Business Park of Dubai South,” Lootah Executive Director Saleh Abdullah Lootah says.

The district will comprise 10,000 residential units between villas, townhouses, and apartments by 2020, housing an estimated number of 35,000 residents.
