Lootah Real Estate Development (LRED) reveals construction updates on a 175,905-square-feet residential project in Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.

Located in Al Barsha South’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), the twin-tower Waves project is due for completion in the third quarter of 2018.

The final floor for the G+4 development has been completed, according to Mustafa Jassem, group business development manager at LRED. The LRED team expects early handover.

“The ground floors will house public amenities, such as a gym, and three typical floors will comprise studios, and one-bedroom apartments,” Jassem notes. “The fourth floors will feature one-bedroom loft apartments, with the living room on the lower level, and bedroom on the upper level.”
