Lozan Urban Development Group (LUD) has celebrated a monumental success, with sales soaring to a staggering EGP2.5 bn for its groundbreaking venture, Invest-Gate reports.

The Rift Business Park. Nestled in the east Cairo area between Mostakbal City and the New Administrative Capital, this project has surpassed all projections, leaving Chairperson Adel Abdel Moneim elated by the company’s achievement.
Moreover, expressing delight at this exceptional milestone, Abdel Moneim highlighted the project’s record-breaking sales, surpassing unit demands and reaffirming customer trust in the company’s endeavors.

The Rift’s launch in partnership with El Rabwa Group in the second quarter of 2023 witnessed overwhelming demand, prompting the release of its first and second phases throughout the year. The project offers unparalleled advantages and introduces a fresh paradigm for mixed-use projects within the local market.

Furthermore, LUD aims to allocate approximately EGP1 bn for construction this year, expediting the project’s development. The deliberate selection of a substantial plot underscores their commitment to integrating cutting-edge commercial projects, with The Rift Mall being a prime example.

Divided into two segments, the mall designates 27% of its area for shops, administrative offices, and medical clinics in a multi-floor building, while the remaining 32% focuses solely on commercial properties across two floors.

This venture aligns with LUD and El Rabwa Group’s strategy to innovate within Egypt’s real estate market, catering to the surging demand for commercial and administrative projects in the region.

Notably, Abdel Moneim disclosed key partnerships with renowned consultants, including Mohamed Talaat for engineering consultancy and KAD for operational management, underscoring their commitment to excellence.
