Lozan Urban Developments (LUD) has signed a strategic partnership with Al-Amal Engineering & General Contracting Company, to commence construction works for the Apex Business Complex at the New Capital. The move follows the completion of shoring works and the acquisition of excavation permits, with project delivery scheduled for December 2027, Invest-Gate reports.

Adel Abdel Moneim, Chairman of LUD, emphasized that successful real estate projects depend on collaboration with trusted partners, describing the agreement with Al-Amal as a strategic step to ensure quality and timely execution. He highlighted that Apex Business Complex is designed not only as a mixed-use project but also as an architectural landmark that will enhance the commercial and investment landscape of the capital.

Dr. Eng. Haitham Farhat, Chairman of Al-Amal Engineering & General Contracting, affirmed the company’s commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering the project to the highest engineering standards. He pointed to the distinctive design of the complex, which features two interconnected towers, calling it both an engineering challenge and a symbol of the city’s modern vision.

The Apex Business Complex is strategically located in the Downtown district of the New Capital, close to major landmarks including the Government District, the Opera House, and The St. Regis hotel. Built on an area of around 2,600 sqm, the development includes a central plaza, a ground floor, 13 upper levels, and three basement floors for parking.

The project integrates commercial, administrative, and medical spaces, positioning itself as a prime destination for businesses and investors. It also reflects the broader vision of creating a fully integrated city that combines modern infrastructure with investment opportunities.

According to LUD, the partnership with Al-Amal was carefully selected to guarantee adherence to the highest construction standards and compliance with the Administrative Capital for Urban Development’s (ACUD) plans. The company stressed that this cooperation demonstrates its commitment to timely delivery and to establishing Apex Business Complex as a standout mixed-use landmark in the New Capital.
