LUD Contracts Comersa to House Commercial Units in Apex Business Mall

Lozan Urban Development (LUD) contracts Comersa Company to house commercial units in Apex Business Complex in the Downtown area of the NAC, Invest-Gate reports.

Adel Abdel Moneim, chairman of LUD, says that the cooperation with Comersa aims to achieve the highest investment return for customers. This goal is achieved through the company’s role in providing contracts with international brands and obtaining the right to use Franchise brands, which ensures the operation is completed by the existence of strong brands that attract many daily visitors.

Abdel Moneim explains that Comerca will provide various services by investing in housing commercial units to achieve the highest possible benefit and study the expected profits for customers. Further, the company will improve the quality of the optimal operating service to boost the value of customers’ properties to fit short or long-term ownership, provide information and analysis in a short time, and reduce operating costs.

Additionally, the chairman reveals that LUD contracts with the Natural Food Company that owns the trademarks (Baladina Restaurant) and (The Burger Factory) to be the first brands in the Apex Business Mall project.

Apex Business Complex comprises administrative, commercial, and medical units on an area of 2600 sqm, with investments of approximately EGP 700 mn.

The project features a ground floor and 12 floors, with 230 units starting from 35 to 100 sqm. LUD rolls out payment systems starting with a 5% down payment and facilities up to 12 years. It is expected to fully complete the delivery of the project within four years of implementation.
