LUD Launches Phase II of Apex Business Mall in NAC

Lozan Urban Development (LUD) announces the launch of phase II of its Apex Business Complex in the Downtown area of the NAC, Invest-Gate reports.

Additionally, the company opens its headquarters in New Cairo inside Arabella BLaza Mall following its plan to be closer to its customers.

Adel Abdel Moneim, chairman of the board of directors of LUD, says that phase II of the project comprises unique units in a variety of areas that meet the desires of customers. Further, LUD provides a number of commercial units under the “Franchise” system to achieve the highest investment return for customers.

Moreover, the new phase includes a variety of facilities and flexible payment systems provided by the company to its customers.

Abdel Moneim explains that Apex Business Complex is a mixed-use project that comprises administrative, commercial, and medical units on an area of 2600 sqm, with investments of approximately EGP 700 mn.

The project features a ground floor and 12 floors, with 230 units starting from 35 to 100 sqm. LUD rolls out payment systems starting with a 5% down payment and facilities up to 12 years. It is anticipated to fully complete the delivery of the project within four years of implementation.

In addition, the company contracts with engineering consultant office Mohammed Hafiz “HAFEZ Consultants” for engineering designs of the project. Besides CAD Business Management Company as a management and operating consultant to ensure the operation and management of Apex Business Mall according to the highest international standards and specifications.

It is worth mentioning that LUD succeeds in implementing a number of various projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE with investments that exceeded AED 250 mn. It also partners with a number of companies operating in the NAC with investments of up to EGP 300 mn.

Currently, the real estate developer is working on a number of administrative, commercial, residential, and tourism projects in Delta governorates with investments reaching EGP 350 mn.
