SODIC is partnering with global lifestyle brand, Nobu Hospitality, to expand the latter’s presence in Egypt with hotels, branded residences, and restaurants, Invest-Gate reports.

Under the deal, Nobu will anchor SODIC’s developments in New Zayed, west of Cairo, and on the country’s Mediterranean coastline with multi-million dollar five-star hotels and dining venues.

The Nobu Hotel and Residences Cairo will be situated within SODIC’s high-end residential project in New Zayed, near key attractions including the upcoming Grand Egyptian Museum. Guests and residents will benefit from access to the acclaimed North Coast via the Pyramids and Sphinx.

Meanwhile, the Nobu Hotel and Residences North Coast will span 440 acres of prime beachfront land in Ras El Hikma. Seasonal from May to October, the coastal luxury destination will offer breathtaking sea views.

SODIC General Manager Ayman Amer said the partnership with Nobu’s iconic brand perfectly complements their flagship communities.

Nobu CEO Trevor Horwell stated Egypt’s rich culture makes it ideal for the company to create “remarkable spaces that epitomize Nobu’s luxury and innovation.”

The deals will not only redefine upscale living in the country but deliver distinct hospitality experiences, the executives added.
