Egyptian real estate developer M2 Developments has revealed its latest project in the North Coast in a pre-launch event held on June 4, Invest-Gate reports.

The new project, El Masyaf, will bring a whole new concept of summer life, with sea view staggered chalets next to standalone units right on the beach.

El Masyaf will also comprise a Boutique hotel that will encompass 50 rooms, a camping area for kids, and a wellness center.

Residents of El Masyaf will enjoy different facilities such as restaurants, farmers market, sports courts, bike lanes, and an observatory tower.

El Masyaf will be located 75 km from Marsa Matrouh and 10 km from Fouka Road.
