Jordan-based MAB Facilities Management won the management rights for some of Emaar’s projects during the first six months of the year, Trade Arabia reported.

The company will be in charge of on-site responsibilities in Emaar’s projects, such as Boulevard Plaza, Downtown Dubai, Emaar Square, a commercial zone in Downtown Dubai, Pier 7 , Marina Plaza, the Waterfront offices, and Marina Mall.

The contracts are expected to last for three years, during which the company will be responsible for housekeeping, cleaning, building engineering civil works, water treatment, energy management and hard landscaping, according to Gulf Construction Online.

MAB specializes in providing international management standards, technologies and talent. It has previously been named as a preferred provider of facilities management services and offers a variety of services in the UAE, Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
