Mabany Edris is in the final stages of completing the second phase of Asayla Compound in New Assiut City, which stands as the first comprehensive residential compound in Upper Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.

Following the successful delivery of the first phase, Asayla Compound has achieved remarkable occupancy rates and experiences a daily influx of new families. Mabany Edris has prioritized the provision of exceptional services within the project, ensuring swift occupancy rates for the residential units.

Spanning an expansive area of 130,000 sqm, Asayla Compound comprises 133 villas, all of which have been sold.

Eng. Mohamed Edris, Chairman of Mabany Edris, emphasized the company’s commitment to expediting the implementation of ongoing projects, including Asayla Compound. Through this development, the company has introduced a novel experience in the real estate sector, becoming the first to deliver a comprehensive compound in Upper Egypt.

Furthermore, Edris revealed that the company is preparing to launch the Asayla Medical Park, which will offer a pioneering and innovative experience in New Assiut City following the success of Asayla Compound.

He pointed out that Mabany Edris provides the Asayla Medical Park with the summary of its experience in implementing integrated medical projects, as it had previously implemented the Rofayda Complex, one of the most important and famous medical projects in Sheikh Zayed City.
