Mabany Edris For Real Estate Investment prepares to launch Central Avenue, an integrated commercial, administrative, and medical complex, in Sheikh Zayed, with EGP 235 mn in investments, Invest-Gate reports.

Central Avenue is an addition to the company’s outstanding and diverse projects launched in the Egyptian market over more than 20 years, in Cairo and Upper Egypt.

Mohamed Edris, CEO of Mabany Edris, says that the company selected a strategic location for the project in Sheikh Zayed, at the heart of El-Bostan Street, in close vicinity to key landmarks of the city.

Central Avenue is fully operated according to the smart work spaces concept by use of the latest technologies.

The project is situated on a total area of 6,200 sqm. It includes a garage, a ground floor, and two other floors, comprising 14 clinics, 24 administrative offices, and 13 commercial units.

Central Avenue also features a group of cafes, banks, restaurants, and shops for electronics, jewelry, and bazaars.
