Eng. Mohamed Edris, Chairman of Mabany Edris, stated that the company aims to deliver 200 units at Koun between July and September 2026. He added that the current summer season will witness events, entertainment activities, and the operation of several services within the project to meet residents’ needs.

He added that Mabany Edris is adopting a strategy for 2026 focused on accelerating construction activities across its various projects, including Koun, where the company is achieving rapid execution rates.
