Mabany Edris, a prominent real estate development company, has announced its partnership with Al Forsan Optical Center to open a new branch at Asayla Medical Park, the first and largest integrated medical complex in New Assiut City, Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.
The move marks a significant step for Mabany Edris following its success in establishing Asayla, the first integrated urban community in the heart of Upper Egypt. Asayla has not only spurred real estate developers to expand into Upper Egypt but has also contributed to added value and increased land prices in the new city of Asyut.
For his part, Mohamed Edris, CEO of Mabany Edris, emphasized the company’s commitment to providing added value and aiding in developing new cities. He highlighted Mabany Edris’s track record of delivering value and quality to the real estate market.
Furthermore, Asayla Medical Park is set to revolutionize medical services in Upper Egypt. It is the first specialized integrated medical complex comprising six buildings spanning over 14,000 sqm. It will house clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and radiology services, collaborating with leading specialists and major hospitals to deliver the highest standard of care.
Moreover, the complex already includes specialized clinic buildings, with the recent addition of Al Forsan Optical Center. The optical center will operate within a large building spanning multiple floors, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including operating rooms of the highest standards.
In addition to Asayla, Mabany Edris has executed several distinctive real estate projects in the Egyptian market, particularly in the western part of Cairo. The company’s portfolio includes over eight projects in the western part of Cairo, such as the Green residential projects.
Notably, the company has launched its new project, “Koun,” strategically located in Ras El Hekma in the North Coast. This expansion aligns with the company’s successful track record.
