Mabany Edris To Expand in Sheikh Zayed and NAC

Mabany Edris reveals its investment plan, which depends on diversifying its portfolio between residential, service, commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel projects, according to Mohamed Edris, CEO of Mabany Edris, Invest-Gate reports.

Edris clarifies that the company studies the implementation of service projects, especially in the medical field, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC). Additionally, the company considers acquiring 100 acres in the New Sheikh Zayed City, to implement hotel projects. Moreover, Mabany Edris is to launch the Palm Gardens project in West Cairo, on an area of 30 acres, which includes villas of various sizes.

Speaking of the Asayla compound, Edris states that the company has completed marketing 50% of the project, and expects the sale to end soon. He further indicates the completion of 30% of the project’s construction, in addition to commencing the digging work of the Holiday Inn hotel.

Holiday Inn is a 4-star hotel, with investments of EGP 250 mn, located in Asayla Compound, comprising 157 hotel rooms. It is expected to open in 2024. Furthermore, It includes 545-sqm fully equipped four meeting rooms and a 450-sqm ballroom, in addition to a spa, fitness center, and swimming pool.

On the other hand, the company announces achieving strong sales in a record time in the “Green 6” project on the 6th of October City. The EGP 1-bn project extends over an area of ​​12 acres and includes 370 housing units, with areas vary between 110 and 250 sqm.

Moreover, it features various services of green spaces and a social club that includes a swimming pool, a playground, a social building, a sports walkway, and a kids’ area, as well as an underground garage, maintenance services, and security.
