Madaar achieves remarkable success in 2022, generating more than EGP 6 bn in sales, Invest-Gate reports.

The company delivered over 1,500 units last year in the Azha Ain Sokhna project.

The CEO of Madaar,  Ahmed Ehab, says that the company opened largest and latest gym in Ain Sokhna, which is managed by the fitness management tycoon, BeFit.

The company also opened Azha Sports Club, which features a variety of sports courts, including padel-football, basket, tennis, multipurpose court.

Madaar succeeded in developing and completing the construction of more than 60% of Azha Ain Sokhna, and opens Tanoak Hotel, which is the first touristic hotel within the project.

Furthermore, Madaar completed the first Crystal Lagoon providing more than 6-kilometer sandy beaches with an area exceeding 20 acres within Azha Ain Sokhna.

Situated on more than 259 acres, the Azha North project comprises many services and units, including serviced apartments, hotel villas, a 5-star hotel, waterfront villas and chalets, and a beach with crystal clear waters. The project receives initial investments of EGP 25 bn.
