Egypt’s real estate developer Madaar attracted many visitors to its booth at Cityscape Egypt Exhibition 2022, which was held on 21st–24th September, Invest-Gate reports.
Madaar showcased different packages of projects in Ain Sokhna and Azha North with flexible payment plans.
The company launched new phases in Azha North and Azha El Sokhna projects to meet the increasing demand on their units, Chairman and CEO of Madaar, Gasser Bahgat, says.
Bahgat notes that his company develops integrated urban, tourist, and leisure projects, providing customers with housing units with modern designs.
The company offered the second phase of Azha North resort in Ras Al-Hikma on the North Coast, in addition to a new phase of chalets in Azha El Sokhna project, Bahgat adds.
Situated on one million sqm, the Azha North Resort includes apartments, service villas, a 5-start hotel, a 650-meter beach, and a sports club.
The resort has a shopping, entertainment, and commercial complex with an area of 40,000 sqm.
Moreover, Madaar is developing Azha North Resort on the North Coast’s Ras Al-Hikma Bay with EGP 16 bn in investments.
