Madaar is set to participate in Cityscape Egypt 2024, running from September 25 to 28 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, Invest-Gate

The company will present exclusive offers and flexible payment plans for its key residential and commercial projects.

Madaar’s CEO, Ahmed Ehab, highlighted that the company would offer zero down payment plans for units at its flagship “Azha” project in Ain Sokhna, with up to eight years of installment periods. Additionally, there are options for a 10% down payment with nine-year installment plans, and a 40% discount for cash buyers. Similar deals are available for units at Azha Ras El Hikma.

Also, Madaar will unveil its latest residential, tourist, and administrative project in New Zayed, West Cairo, during the event. The project spans 250 feddans, with an investment target of EGP 8 bn in 2025 and projected sales of EGP 20 bn.

Ehab emphasized that Egypt’s real estate market remains strong, with annual demand for 600,000 units, far exceeding the current supply of 200,000. He pointed out that areas like Ras El Hikma and the North Coast are attractive investment opportunities, boosted by events like the recent Alamein Festival.

Madaar is also ahead of schedule in delivering 1,600 fully finished units at its Azha Ain Sokhna project, with 70% of the project completed. The company anticipates early delivery for its North Coast project as well.
