Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly followed up on roads’ construction, the social housing project, and the Dar Misr project in his visit to 6th of October City, a ministry statement notes.

New roads include the development of Dahshour corridor from Alexandria Desert Road to Wahat Road and the expansion of an additional five roads to decrease traffic congestion. Construction works are expected to be finalized by the end of this year, according to Madbouly.

Madbouly also followed up on the social housing project constructed within the city encompassing approximately 43,000 units and stressed on the importance of building public facilities in parallel with housing.

He also checked on Dar Misr project, which includes 4,200 homes in its first phase, which is expected to be delivered within the upcoming period.
