Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, inspects the Central Business District (CBD) in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), to follow up on the district’s completion rate, Invest-Gate reports.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by Assem El Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Ehab El-Far, head of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, in addition to a number of the ministry officials, as well as officials of CSCEC.
During the tour, El Gazzar reviews the implementation status of the towers in the CBD, explaining that 95% of the poured concrete is complete, in addition to 80% of the construction work of the towers, and 43% of the facades. Besides, the internal finishes of the towers and the completion of mechanical and electrical works have begun.
Moreover, El Gazzar reveals that the iconic tower’s walls have been completed, as well as the skeleton structure, with a height of about 385 m, moreover, 66 glass units were installed on the facades of the tower.
