Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has visited New Alamein City to review the latest developments in the region’s projects, Invest-Gate reports.
Accompanied by Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Sherif El Sherbini, Deputy Housing Minister Abdul Khalek Ibrahim, and Head of New Alamein City Authority Ahmed Ibrahim, Madbouly toured the North Square Mall, managed by Counsel Masters.
Moreover, the mall is the largest leisure center in the North Coast, covering 164,000 sqm and offering a unique Mediterranean Sea view and an outlook on New Alamein’s corniche.
Furthermore, during the visit, the delegation examined various facilities, particularly the commercial section, which includes international and local brands. Counsel Masters has successfully leased 47% of the retail spaces to over 70 renowned brands.
The Prime Minister and his team also inspected the project’s beaches, noting an impressive number of visitors worldwide this season.
Malak El Ashiry, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Counsel Masters, highlighted the significance of the Prime Minister’s visit, emphasizing the successful public-private partnership that has led to the development of North Square Mall.
“This partnership, which enjoys a strategic location in the heart of New Alamein City, has made the mall a unique destination on the Mediterranean coast with a prime view of the New Alamein Corniche,” El Ashiry said.
She also affirmed Counsel Masters’ dedication to maintaining high standards in managing and operating the mall and striving for complete visitor satisfaction.
Notably, the Prime Minister’s visit underscores the ongoing efforts to ensure the successful execution of major development projects in New Alamein City, reinforcing its role in Egypt’s sustainable development agenda.
