Madbouly Reviews Latest Construction Projects in Al Obour

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development Mostafa Madbouly visited Al Obour City on May 5 to review the ongoing construction works, Invest-Gate reports.

Madbouly said that the ministry has completed the construction of 2,104 units, while 28,024 units are still under construction in the city’s social housing project, according to a press release.

Head of Al Obour City’s Development Authority Ahmed Omran revealed that 51 service projects are built to serve the social housing project’s residents.

Service projects include markets, schools, nurseries, sports fields, clinics, mosques, and churches.

During his visit, Madbouly also reviewed the implementation of the third phase of Dar Misr middle-income project which consists of 816 apartments.

The minister ensured that all units’ finishings are done with the highest quality and that they will be delivered on time.
